Since 1982, Marsha Mager has been an integral part of the Malman Law Firm team. She is the firm’s Legal Administrator and Senior Litigation Paralegal. Marsha has years of active trial experience, serving as a paralegal for some of the firm’s multi-million dollar cases. She works on all aspects of a case-from beginning investigations, preparation of settlement packages, issues related to medical bills and disability benefits , subrogation, trial preparation and presentation. Over the last decade, Marsha has worked on many of the firm’s product liabilities cases as well as the multi-district breast implant litigation involving Dow Chemical.

Marsha graduated from Denver Paralegal Institute in 1982. Post-graduate coursework includes Evidence, Trial Tactics, Discovery, Medical Terminology, and Subrogation. Marsha is also a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
